We are the pioneers in Mobile Cooking Classes in Australia and offer a variety of programs and solutions in your own home! So whether you are an expert in the kitchen or have trouble boiling water, we have a course for you.

Level 1 Includes recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is the perfect way to begin your culinary adventure – even seasoned customers can learn a lot from this level.
Includes:
In home cooking classes utilized at your discretion. We strongly recommend that the first session is a minimum of 4-6 hours giving us time to cover basics such as knife handling, kitchen hygiene, a shopping tour, cooking class and explanation of the training booklet. Kitchen organization is optional.
Fuller Tummy’s Shopping Tour
When you book a level one course with Fuller Tummy we offer you a free shopping tour to teach you how to get the most out of food planning and the ingredients you purchase. The shopping tour is a major part of the organisational systems we have designed for our clients. During this tour we will teach you what products to buy, how to save money, minimizing shopping times and how to stick to your weekly budget.
(Purchases of shopping items are at the client’s expense. We essentially utilize your weekly shopping budget!)
Some of the dishes from Level 1 include: Banana French Toast, Mexican Eggs, Thai Chicken Salad, Tuna Nicoise, Chicken Breast with Brie & pesto wrapped in prosciutto with Roasted Root Vegetables and a Balsamic Reduction, Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry with Asian Noodles and many more…

Learn how easy it is to make stocks, sauces, soups, braising and slow cooking, this section is a great foundation for all great meals. Learn how to take cheap cuts of meat and turn them into masterpieces. The beauty of this section is that it’s easy and items can be prepared in advance to minimize time spent in the kitchen. This course is perfect during the winter months.
Some of the dishes from Level 2 include: Braised Lamb Shanks, Osso Bucco, Fuller Tummy Vegetarian Lasagna, Cauliflower and Goats Cheese Bisque, French Onion Soup, Beef Stroganoff and Seafood Risotto to name a few.
Pastry Learn easy methods of making cookies, muffins, sorbets and ice cream, cakes and many other fantastic dessert items. Sure to be a huge success with any sweet-tooth!
Some of the dishes from Level 3 include: Orange cakes with Passion fruit Icing (gluten and dairy free), Banana Bread, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, Assorted Friands, Baked Fruit tart, Profiteroles, Lemon Citron Tart and many more. This course will make you the envy of your family and friends.

Reinforcing Levels 1 through to 3: This level we’ll concentrate on plated dishes, combining everything we have learnt in the first three levels. We’ll start with entrees, moving to main courses and desserts. Many of the ideas will branch off into lunches, dinners, and snacks to cater to the every day needs of your family. This is a great level to do take your day to day dinners to the next level or impress family and friends at your next dinner party.
Some of the dishes from Level 4 include: Warm Tomato Salad with Kalamata Olives & Parmesan Wafers, Caramelized Onion and Goats Cheese Tart with Mixed Greens, Herb Encrusted Salmon with Asparagus Risotto, Tomato Coconut Broth, Beef Wellington, Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice cream and Chocolate Sauce, to name a few.

Home entertainment: A very exciting level where we teach you how to make canapés, platters, party ideas, cocktails, martinis and many other exciting recipes. This training and information will make you the envy of your neighbourhood and friends. This level will give you the knowledge and recipes to entertain for any occasion. Why hire caterers when you can do it yourself with ease.
Some of the dishes from Level 5 include: Sushi/ Seafood & Vegetarian Tempura, Beer Basted Turkey with Apricot Sauce, Oven Roasted Prime Rib with a Red Wine Demi Glace, Roasted Pumpkin and Blue Cheese Bruschetta, Coconut prawns with a Coriander and Sweet Chilli Aioli, Butter Chicken Filo Parcels with a Cucumber Rita, Cocktails and Martinis, Mini Bar set ups and many more brilliant dishes!

Degustation: learn the art of preparing, cooking and serving several courses in a row. There will be a number of recipes and examples to choose from, but you are now the master of your craft. You can choose serving courses from 4-12. This level is a fantastic level reinforcing levels from 1-6. All menus are paired with wine choices.
Have you ever wished you could learn how to cook restaurant quality vegetarian dishes instead of eating bland tasteless vegetarian food? This course also includes all the systems included in Level1.
Some of the beautiful dishes in this level include: Caramelized Onion & Goats Cheese Tart with Oven Dried Tomatoes, Fuller Tummy Vegetarian Lasagna, Roasted Pumpkin and Fetta Quiche to a name a few, Vegetarian Burgers, Soups and much more.

Master your barbecue! Ever wished you could cook like a professional on your barbecue? This course includes: Shopping tour local butcher, Butcher master class of your favourite cuts, Care & Maintenance tips for your barbecue and Barbecue basics.
