Duncan Fuller

Duncan is an internationally seasoned chef. His experience extends to as far as Canada after launching his career and working in some of the most prestigious establishments along the east coast of Australia.

His hard work and sumptuous talent for exquisite cuisine saw him take out Apprentice of the Year in 1993 and nominated for Young Australian of the Year in 1996. Duncan’s charismatic and vivacious personality makes all his lessons fun and full of information.

Duncan prides himself on being able to not only teach his students to cook but to instill confidence, discipline and respect which filters down into all aspects of their life.

Michelle Fuller

Michelle Fuller began her career by studying Cooks Training at Camosun College in Canada which in turn kick started an exciting debut into the hospitality industry. As time lead to experience Michelle’s undeniable managerial abilities took her to many locations including Sydney, the Gold Coast and Canada.

With a Diploma of Human Resources Management under her belt, Michelle has since found herself to be an irreplaceable asset to companies including The Renaissance and Fairmont Hotels and The Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, only to name a few.

Duncan and Michelle would like say a special thanks to Family and Friends for the inspiration and support during the testing and setting up of Fuller Tummy. A very special thanks goes out to Mum and Dad Fuller of Port Macquarie for the financial assistance and getting Fuller Tummy off the ground!
