Birth of Fuller Tummy

I have always dreamed of owning my own business and really concentrating on the things I am most passionate about; healthy food and teaching others how easy it is to make. Like all things practice makes perfect and following a collection of lessons there was no stopping my friends and family. This got me thinking that there are other willing students out there who would also benefit from learning exciting ways to cook and eat healthier.

With this new vision my wife and I embarked on a plan to get Fuller Tummy into action! Sometimes catchy, memorable business names take an eternity to think up, and others are created whilst playing in the sand.

We are 110% dedicated to enriching your natural born abilities and leading you towards a more enjoyable life with a Fuller Tummy!

BIO: Duncan Fuller

Duncan Fuller has always had the passion to be a chef. Duncan's talents stood out right from the beginning landing him a highly valuable Apprenticeship with the Hotel School at the Hotel Intercontinental, Sydney. Following a growing collection of competition medals and a nomination for Young Australian of the Year and with his determination he hit a new level and there was no stopping his drive to succeed.

A successful career has lead him all over the globe, from his humble beginnings in Port Macquarie as a teenager through to Sydney, the Gold Coast, Hamilton Island and Canada. His experience snow-balled as he graced his talents in many high profile hotels and restaurants working with some of the industries best.

Duncan's vast talents have always kept him in the hospitality and travel industry and more recently directed him to share his talents with others as he commences teaching his secrets in an easy to follow, fun-filled manner.

BIO: Michelle Fuller

Michelle Fuller began her career by studying Cooks Training at Camosun College in Canada which in turn kick started an exciting debut into the hospitality industry. As time lead to experience Michelle's undeniable managerial abilities took her to many locations including Sydney, the Gold Coast and Canada. With a Diploma of Human Resources Management under her belt, Michelle has since found herself to be an irreplaceable asset to companies including The Renaissance and Fairmont Hotels and The Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, only to name a few.

Duncan and Michelle would like say a special thanks to Family and Friends for the inspiration and support during the testing and setting up of Fuller Tummy. A very special thanks goes out to Mum and Dad Fuller of Port Macquarie for the financial assistance and getting Fuller Tummy off the ground!
